Dr. Deborah Hokien is a Professor of Chemistry and is the Director of the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program. In Fall 2009/Spring 2010, Dr. Hokien completed a 9-month research sabbatical leave to the University of California Davis and teaches a UG course in Wine Chemistry that has a study abroad component.
